Interesting that it came out soooooo much one way. I guess I'm pretty consistent. I love the teals, but not so much the other greens. I'm more of a blue girl myself.<br /><br /><div style="width:300px; background:white; color:black; padding: 10px;text-align:center; border: 1px solid #333333;">Your rainbow is strongly shaded<b> green.</b><br><br><div style="background: #668500"> </div><div style="background: #66c900"> </div><div style="background: #66eb00"> </div><div style="background: #00dd00"> </div><div style="background: #00c266"> </div><div style="background: #008566"> </div><div style="background: #448566"> </div><br>What is says about you: You are an intelligent person. I'm trying to get my stash entered over there, but boy there is a lot of it.b.http://www.blogger.com/profile/10559795835539454271noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7566546277539518355.post-64408624617051170882009-03-29T00:31:00.005-04:002009-03-29T00:36:53.693-04:00Working on UFOs.I pretty much finished Alan's scarf - just need to sew on the edging. & am also almost finished with the first Alan sock. <div><br /></div><div>So I started back on the purse from Arizona. I do enjoy working with mixture yarns.</div><div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhH_hSWnFrtnlaCYzwit_EW1AduwWLFvKRU9JTByGnyyu0DYJri-sU9QAVrGPwG2nEvjQeBKLi66Ol12VMYoAVjhM2WDj9G1Y9JJIkntKHTd8G8IIZ6Kt_h198fWKHOvhdwVZGuwCdCd7I/s200/Photo+11.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5318463234873029122" /></div><div style="text-align: left;">And I started on a little lacy scarf, made with the black yarn leftover from Alan's scarf. Love the lacy pattern.</div><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgo4I8jEX_sfKSieWHGbX3E5-5-IjPkuMASBvPQTlh0z1UQ9C7_5e_uM5PTN46kUoRrzZhyphenhyphenVWlR2T-f8MOwlz822HIcXxgZtlIXqGe4vBAuLrEYo8RputZ7rusfeP28s9N7YC7UeSyDQAA/s200/Photo+10.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5318463808471296802" /><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div>b.http://www.blogger.com/profile/10559795835539454271noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7566546277539518355.post-80575370190391047542009-03-25T14:27:00.000-04:002009-03-25T15:17:42.618-04:00My first knitting blog post<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjf374v3kXqn4oULIUCCYz6VitnKj-bYJbpFo2Y8VdClfeYHI0ERQaz3Jwn0qzXJ-U1mE8ny7JUB_Tt3btpBree4Vvqd9S4w9uc0Z5AdAitKB_heMyFqa-4FjK5Xqx0MLgGvizyPKnpzDw/s1600-h/Photo+9.jpg"><img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjf374v3kXqn4oULIUCCYz6VitnKj-bYJbpFo2Y8VdClfeYHI0ERQaz3Jwn0qzXJ-U1mE8ny7JUB_Tt3btpBree4Vvqd9S4w9uc0Z5AdAitKB_heMyFqa-4FjK5Xqx0MLgGvizyPKnpzDw/s320/Photo+9.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5317205249614422226" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUhshqSvpFe_wtSZMTvj2HHVqQrgPtbIPmqvY15ei8gPFjoNRXBVGtOKPmJpJtyIS_u8T9dX8JsIBJR8-Otb16pUWHTS8L1YlGqaIDuuHJEqhRgF-RO8H-9OhvJbQmiW9Le7GhcQK0eos/s1600-h/Alan's+Scarf+2.jpg"><img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUhshqSvpFe_wtSZMTvj2HHVqQrgPtbIPmqvY15ei8gPFjoNRXBVGtOKPmJpJtyIS_u8T9dX8JsIBJR8-Otb16pUWHTS8L1YlGqaIDuuHJEqhRgF-RO8H-9OhvJbQmiW9Le7GhcQK0eos/s320/Alan's+Scarf+2.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5317203540795148386" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><br />I'm jumping into the blogosphere with this first post. I've enjoyed reading the blogs of others; maybe someone somewhere will enjoy reading mine.<div><br /></div><div>I've got too many WIPs and UFOs to list in my first post (the truth is I'm embarrassed by how many there are.) So I will just describe the two projects in my current rotation. Oddly, they are both projects for my DH.</div><div><br /></div><div>The first is a sock. Of course, right now it is just one sock; I hope there will be another some day. I'm knitting it with Araucania Ranco in color 107 - a nice variegated grey. Just a plain sock, but it is knitting up into a nice fabric.</div><div><br /></div><div>The second is a scarf, knitted with Kraemer Yarn's Vintage 2006 100% North American Alpaca DK. The body of the scarf, which is complete, is in a heathery gray in a moss stitch variation. It is very pretty but a bit scratchier than I was hoping for. The edging is an openwork pattern in the same yarn in black. I'm almost done with the edging; then just have to sew it on, and I'm done. Then the big decision: should I start a new project, or should I work on another UFO?</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>b.http://www.blogger.com/profile/10559795835539454271noreply@blogger.com0
